Administrative Office Manager
Smith Office Systems is hiring an Administrative Office Manager to support our Sharp copier service and sales dealership.
This exciting position includes financial bookkeeping as well as phone support, also managing supply order fulfillment. This is a challenging multitask position that plays a key role in maintaining excellent customer service and fiscal responsibilities.
Responsibilities
General bookkeeping – AP/AR, inventory, balance sheet, financial reporting etc.
Billing - Service, sales, copier meter, lease invoicing.
Phone support – Client assistance, service call/supply order entry & fulfillment.
Submit weekly hours for payroll.
Qualifications
- Previous bookkeeping & office management experience or certification
- Computer literacy applies to office management. QuickBooks, excel
- Experience or ability to demonstrate skills working in customer service.
Business Hour’s & Compensation
- Full time / Part time positions available - Office hours Mon-Fri 8 – 4
- $ 23 - $ 26 estimated per hour pay range based on experience/skill set.
