Smith Parker Elliott, PLLC is looking for attorneys to add to its insurance defense section.
- Eligible candidates must have 3 years of insurance litigation experience, including third-party claims.
- Hold a current license in Texas
- The ideal candidate will be quick thinking, motivated, able to handle their own docket and promptly move cases along.
- Comfortable conducting expert depositions
- Familiar with all pertinent deadlines under the TRCP and TCPRC, including but not limited to counter affidavit deadlines, expert deadlines and HB 19
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the Courts in a timely manner
- Bill in accordance with the ABA's A / L Uniform Litigation Code Set
- Experience with first party and / or coverage issues is a plus
