POSITION OVERVIEW :
This role will focus on providing strategic legal counsel across corporate law, commercial transactions, and estate planning. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience advising clients on matters such as business entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, complex business transactions, and estate planning. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to professionalism, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently and within a collaborative team environment.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active admission to the Nebraska Bar in good standing.
- 4 years of experience practicing corporate law with a focus on business transactions and commercial agreements or estate planning.
- Proven experience drafting and negotiating complex transactional documents, with exceptional attention to detail and precision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey legal concepts clearly and effectively.
- Outstanding analytical and organizational skills, demonstrating a capacity to manage sophisticated legal issues efficiently.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills, capable of meeting deadlines in a high-paced environment.
- A client-first mindset, with a focus on delivering tailored legal solutions that align with client needs and objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a professional team environment while working independently on various projects.
