Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Plumbing Division Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive the division towards achieving its goals. A Master Plumbing License is not required, but relevant experience and a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the plumbing division.
• Manage and mentor plumbing team members.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve division objectives.
• Coordinate with other divisions (Heating, Cooling, Electrical) for integrated service delivery.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure efficient and profitable operations.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

• Extensive experience in plumbing; management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
