As a Sales Engineer, you will be the key link between our customers, operations, and project management teams, playing a vital role in delivering top-quality solutions in municipal water and wastewater pump applications.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and engineering consultants
• Drive new business opportunities and manage sales cycles from start to finish
• Provide technical expertise and solutions for pump applications, repairs, and new product integration
• Conduct impactful product presentations and training sessions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects
• Analyze customer needs and create customized solutions to maximize efficiency and performance
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2 years of experience in pump sales, application engineering, or a similar field
• Strong technical and mechanical aptitude with experience in rotating equipment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Willingness to travel (80-90% within assigned territory)
