What You’ll Do: As a Service Engineer, you will play a key role in:
- Managing and executing projects with precision – from design and engineering to estimating, purchasing, and delivery.
- Conducting field testing and troubleshooting pump systems to ensure they perform efficiently and meet customer expectations.
- Building strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams to deliver outstanding service and innovative solutions.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance sustainability while maximizing profitability.
- Traveling to customer sites (20-35% of the time) to provide hands-on expertise and value-added services.
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools, along with Microsoft Office applications.
- Problem Solving: Ability to analyze complex challenges and develop innovative, efficient solutions.
