Job Description: The purpose of the Restorative Nurse is to coordinate restorative care for our residents. This includes promoting mobility and functionality to help decrease any physical declines. The Restorative Nurse implements and supports resident care plans and strives to assist with maintaining their maximum functional capacity. Along with managing the Restorative Care and Fall Programs, the Restorative Nurse supervises and trains all Restorative Aides to ensure they are well versed in adhering to the protocols and job duties aligned for the position.

What You Bring To The Table
- Nurse licensing in good standing in the state of Illinois
- 2-3 years of experience (preferred)
- Restorative nursing certification
- Coordinates restorative care for residents
- Implements and supports resident care plans
- Manages the Restorative Care and Fall Programs
- Supervises and trains all restorative aides
- Part of management rotation (rotation every 5-weeks)
