The position will enhance sales efforts and handle many internal operational items supporting both New and Pre-Owned Commercial Equipment. This role will also be the first point of contact for customers arriving at the home office, calling the 800 number and searching for assistance on STI’s website. In addition to the sales responsibilities, there is a high degree of MS Excel work and coordination to ensure that certain company programs, systems, and procedures are followed. This role will report to our Commercial Parts and Pre-Owned Manager.
Essential Functions :
- Primary Commercial Equipment Salesman for all customers visiting the facility or calling through the Call Center that are not assigned an Account Executive.
- Primary contact for all inbound sales leads through STI website or supplier partner programs.
- Assist Commercial outside Sales Account Executives with quotes and customer follow-up.
- Will participate in Quoting Tool support, Order Entry, configuration tools, demo request, tracking and support, Pre-Owned Lot management and Pre-Owned website / Government sales
- Proactive Sales Initiatives / Projects as needed
- Research and build customer lists for SF&G, Golf & SF&G customers
- Assist in cross selling for outside Sales Account Executives across all product groups.
- Other operational items as determined and needed
