- Completes product tests.
- Hands-on experience and capabilities with laboratory test equipment including complex set-ups and equipment maintenance
- Designing and building test fixtures/setups using engineering principles
- Planning, assigning and directing work
- Ensuring work is of high quality and accuracy
- Developing project quotes for complex projects
- Translates complex test protocols into work instructions; develops new test protocols as needed.
- Directly communicates with key clients to assure meeting work product expectations.
- Assists in developing capital budget and personnel plan to ensure necessary capabilities for continued growth.
- Assists Product Testing supervisor as needed.
