Fosters positive, meaningful relationships with the team, customers, and vendors. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : -Execute testing projects under the supervision of a project engineer.-Operate test equipment and forklifts. -Collect and store data appropriately.-Assist in the creation of technical reports under the supervision of a project engineer.-Recommend measures to improve procedures and the use of equipment.-Work within the requirements of a defined quality system.-Maintain project records, center's database and service schedule.-Set up and ship out small parcels and freight, as required.-Perform facility maintenance, repair, restoration, and organization, as needed or required.-Maintain a high level of cooperation and communication with all employees, clients, and vendors.-Interact with current or potential customers professionally.-Communicate new ideas and suggestions to improve efficiency, solve problems, or enhance service offerings.-Understand the project estimate and manage time to ensure project profitability.EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE : -High school diploma or general education degree (G.E.D.) is required.-A two-year technical college degree or equivalent experience with dynamic test equipment (e.g. LANSMONT equipment) is preferred.#PackagingJobs #LI-JW1 Equal Opportunity Employer / Protected Veterans / Individuals with Disabilities The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
