Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, and previous experience working with farm machinery or heavy equipment is highly desirable. Additionally, they should be able to read and speak English fluently, and have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
