Qualifications and Requirements
">A bachelor's degree in business management or a related field, 3 years of Human Resources-related experience, and specialized knowledge of HR systems, processes, and procedures are required.
">Preferred Qualifications
">Experience in administering benefits, compensation, and other programs; general knowledge of employment laws and practices; and knowledge and use of commonly used HRIS such as Workday and Microsoft Office Suite are preferred.
