Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the repair of MHE, including monitoring and trending, troubleshooting and repairs and preventative maintenance
- Conduct installation and repairs on electrical and lighting issues, dock doors, and dock plates
- Conduct preventive maintenance (PM) within manufacturer guidelines/specifications and established timelines, including oil changes, filter changes, equipment calibration, belt changes, inspections, adjustments, lubrication, etc.
- Responsible for logging time and materials into the computerized maintenance management system
