The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with moderate noise levels. You will frequently need to move and/or lift 50 pounds and occasionally lift more than 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.

- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to enhance efficiency at the distribution center, plants, and third-party warehouses.
- Managing DC personnel, including scheduling labor to maximize productivity and managing volume fluctuations.
- Ensuring accurate stock levels and inventory at the distribution centers, coordinating with production schedulers to minimize stock outages and transfers.
- Directing all loading, unloading, and storage of Smithfield products within the distribution center, plants, and third-party warehouses to ensure activities are completed in the least-cost method.
