Hourly Competitive Starting Pay - $22.29 / hour
1.00 / hour shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift positions

Core Responsibilities

Inspect and stack product according to product code or load number.

Virtually inspect pallets; using only those in good condition and stacking unusable ones off the side.

Use cardboard sheets to cover each pallet.

Wrap, using cardboard corners on necessary loads, and transport each stock pallet load to appropriate areas.

Police area to keep it clean and free of debris.

Follow safe lifting / bending techniques.

Follow proper job rotation- Cryovac, Tiromat 1, Tiromat 2, Weber and Sandiacre (2 positions).

Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor(s).

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), preferred.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

The plant environment will include wet or humid conditions (non-weather related), extreme cold and heat (non-weather related), working near moving mechanical parts, exposure to fumes or airborne particles, and chemicals.

Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be loud when in the production area.

Occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus.

Frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
