What are the responsibilities and job description for the Car and Truck Washer position at Smithfield Foods?
About This Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sanitizer. In this role, you will be responsible for washing and sanitizing trucks and trailers, cleaning interiors and exteriors of cars and pickup trucks when required, and assisting the Sanitation Lead Person in maintaining washing equipment.
What You Will Do:
- Wash and sanitize trucks and trailers to maintain a clean and sanitary environment
- Clean interiors and exteriors of cars and pickup trucks when required to ensure they are in good working condition
- Assist the Sanitation Lead Person in maintaining washing equipment by properly cleaning and storing it
- Follow the safety requirements of the Injury Prevention System (IPS) to prevent accidents and injuries
