Summary Description
- Inspect and grade trays of products to make sure they meet the quality specifications.
- Inspect product packaging for legible code dates, straight labels and loose product.
- Communicate effectively with machine operators to reduce the amount of preventable rejected product.
- Place specified amount of product neatly in box, facing the same direction.
- Feed boxes into automated tape machine.
- Stack boxes in a neat and organized manner on pallets.
- Other typical packaging duties including cleaning the lines and sweeping the area at the end of the shift or as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and productive work environment.
- Follow our color code system in regard to food safety.
- Verify top and bottom labels against the laminated specification sheets.
- Other duties as directed by your Supervisor.

- Follow USDA/SQF and GMP guidelines.
- Stay focused on quality while maintaining speed.
- Be able to work in a 38°F environment.
- Ability to stand 8 hours per day.
- Lift up to 50lbs
