The Server is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about our menu and promotions, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and responsive service to create a positive dining experience for all guests.
- Take food and beverage orders from guests and ensure that they are served in a timely manner.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Clean and maintain the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
- Work effectively as part of a team to provide excellent customer service.
- Upsell and recommend menu items and specials to increase sales.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Have basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions.
- Be able to understand and speak clearly using the predominant language(s) of guests.
- Be able to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system.
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
- Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food and containers weighing up to 50 pounds.
