Both creative and solution oriented, the Smithouse team – comprised of a select mix of building experts, designers, and master craftsmen – make visions and dreams a reality for their clients.
Summary
Handyman Technicians are key ambassadors of the Company with a very “client-facing” position. The Handyman Technician is responsible for receiving scope of work information from the Handyman Project Manager and successfully completing small projects at a client’s home. The Handyman Technician must excel in communication skills and always maintain a professional demeanor.
Handyman Technicians have a fast-moving schedule and must be able to juggle multiple open items at once.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience working in residential construction
- General knowledge of various facets of residential construction including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, siding, and finish carpentry
- Proficient communication skills both written and verbal

Schedule & Hours:
- Full time, M-F 7:30 am – 4 p
- 8 hour day shift
- Monday to Friday
