Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred
Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Management with at least 5 years supervision/managing experience required
Proven experience in leading and influencing cross-functional teams in problem-solving, process improvements, and solution implementation
