Your Role
As an LPN at Trilogy, you'll contribute to patient assessments, administer medications, and educate patients and their families about disease treatment plans. You'll also identify safety hazards and take corrective action to keep residents safe.
Requirements
- BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date
- Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse license prior to hire date
- High school diploma or equivalent
