Responsibilities
- Leadership and Supervision: The Director of Resident Care Services is responsible for leading and supervising a team of nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.
- Care Planning and Coordination: This role involves collaborating with the Director of Post-Acute Services and/or Director of Health Services to develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident.
- Resident Support: The Director of Resident Care Services will assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), including bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, and other essential tasks.
- Documentation and Record Keeping: Accurate and timely documentation is crucial in this role, ensuring that all relevant information is recorded and updated promptly.
