**About the Role:**
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate leader to serve as our Director of Assisted Living. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the health and wellness of our assisted living residents, ensuring their needs are met through comprehensive care planning and coordination.
**Key Accountabilities:**
- Manage the daily operations of the assisted living unit, including supervising nursing staff and coordinating care services.
- Develop and implement effective service plans in conjunction with residents, families, and care teams.
- Train and educate nursing staff on activities of daily living assistance, medication management, and other relevant topics.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address resident concerns and improve overall quality of care.
**Requirements:**
- LPN licensure in good standing in the state of practice.
- Valid CPR certification.
- At least 2 years of experience working in a long-term care or assisted living setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
