Qualifications as a Physical Therapist Assistant:
- We are looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant who has the desire to implement high-quality Physical Therapy services. Looking for a Physical Therapist who is strong in identifying patient needs in long-term residents, a team player, and efficient with their time.

Physical Therapist Assistant Responsibilities:
- Provide high quality physical therapy assistant services encompassing personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions
- Documenting progress toward identified objectives
- Conducting patient and family education/trainings
- Independently manage workflow which includes allotting time for treatment documentation of individual treatments and notes in the electronic records system
