Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and in person.
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate service
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
