- Maintain a safe and conducive learning environment.
- Implement effective lesson plans in the absence of the regular instructor.
- Supervise students at all times.
- Be familiar with fire exits, emergency procedures, and other safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Completed 36 college credit hours from an accredited college/university.
- Valid Missouri Substitute Teaching Certificate.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals and educational materials.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
