We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate LPN to join our Healthcare Team Your primary responsibility will be to assess patient needs, administer medications, perform treatments, and provide support to residents and their families.
Qualifications :
- Must hold a current and unrestricted LPN license issued by the state nursing board
- Valid CPR certification
- Proven experience as an LPN in various clinical settings
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles and protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to nursing care
- Ability to adapt quickly to different work environments and provide high-quality care to diverse patient populations
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus
