Work Authorization: GC-EAD, TN
Location: Hybrid San Antonio, TX
Schedule: Alternating shifts: 7:45 AM 4:45 PM and 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
Job Overview
The Senior Customer Service Representative (CSR) will support customers through both phone calls and written responses via online banking messages. Inquiries range from simple to complex and cover a wide array of banking services and customer concerns.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming phone calls and online messages from customers
Complete wire transfers and perform general account maintenance
Assist with online and mobile banking issues
Close accounts and process data entries
Educate customers on self-service banking options
Perform off-phone duties as assigned
Ensure a positive customer experience by adhering to established policies and procedures
Communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats
