Job Title 0225-25: IT Analyst / IGA (Identity Governance and Administration) Analyst
GC-EAD,TN
Location: Hybrid - Vienna VA, or Pensacola FL

- Identity Management and System Experience Do you have hands-on experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) systems (e.g., Saviynt, SailPoint), including user and application provisioning?
- Technical and Automation Proficiency Do you have experience with RBAC, automation tools (e.g., PowerShell scripting, PEGA), Active Directory, LDAP, and Remote Access Management technologies, as well as familiarity with reporting tools like MS Power BI or ServiceNow?
- Customer Service and Attention to Detail
Are you able to work independently with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, while also having experience in customer service and working with personnel across various levels of an organization, including mid-level and executive leadership?
Required Skills:
- Experience in Identity Management
- User provisioning lifecycle, application provisioning
- Hands-on experience with an IGA system (e.g. Saviynt IGA, SailPoint)
- Ability to work independently and perform with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Preferably a candidate that has worked in a position with direct interaction, in-person or virtual, with various types of personnel, including mid-level and executive leadership
- Strong Analytical and Research skills
- Able to review and recognize inefficient or cumbersome operations and/or business processes and work with existing teams to propose/implement solutions for streamlining
- Ability to review existing workflows and develop streamlining
Preferred:
- RBAC Experience (Role-Based Access Control)
- Strong Automation skills
- E.g. PowerShell scripting, PEGA, scripting products
- Mainframe/RACF and DB2 experience
- Active Directory/LDS or similar LDAP experience
- Remote Access Management (e.g. RSA SecurID, VPN, Citrix)
- Experience with data reporting and metric products and tools (e.g. MS Power BI)
- Experience in ServiceNow or similar request ticketing system
