Responsibilities :
As our Propane and Install Coordinator, you will be assisting the Equipment Installation Coordinator and Propane Coordinator with their daily duties. Above all, you will use your communication and active listening skills to provide customers with exceptional service.
Specific duties include :
- Scheduling equipment installation and service appointments with customers
- Modifying account information
- Performing Service Billing
- Documenting client touchpoints
- Assisting with customer retention
- Receiving and processing incoming mail deliveries
- Working with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
Requirements :
As the Propane and Install Coordinator you must be pleasant and professional with an engaging personality and possess the ability to function equally well both independently and in a team environment. You must be detail-oriented and focused, with a flexible and adaptable nature. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and active listening skills, along with the ability to interact effectively with both customers and coworkers.
