Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. In order to qualify for the position you must have at least 2 years experience as a restaurant General Manager at the same establishment.
Duties
- Supervise all kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
- Oversee kitchen management team, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation standards.
- Conduct interviews and hire qualified staff members to build a strong team.
- Manage inventory, assist with ordering
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas.
- Handle cash management processes, including daily cash handling procedures.
- Develop and implement operational policies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance and assist in budget preparation to meet business goals.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.
- Schedule employees while keeping in mind labor costs and yearly trends
Skills
