We are seeking a dedicated and friendly indoors Pro Shop Attendant to join our team. The position plays a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for our guests by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the Golf Pro Shop. Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor as they arrive and depart.
- Assist guests with checking in for their tee time
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Golf Shop area, including regular inspections and restocking of supplies.
- Provide information about events, services, or amenities available to guests.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance guest service skills and knowledge of the facility.
Experience
- Previous experience in golf industry is preferred but not necessary.
- Strong public speaking skills to communicate clearly with guests and address any questions or concerns confidently.

- Pay will start at $12.00/hour
