Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their fuel purchases and other needs.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gas station, including fueling areas, convenience store, and restrooms.
- Stock shelves with merchandise and ensure that products are displayed attractively.
- Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Supervise daily operations during shifts, ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with excellent phone etiquette.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude towards customers.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.
- Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
- Experience in supervising staff or managing operations is a plus.
- Willingness to learn about products available for sale, including fuel types and convenience items.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
