- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- Welcome customers to the store and answer their questions
- Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
- Maintain proper stock levels via communication with our ordering manager
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Process POS (point of sale) purchases
- Ensure that company policies are being followed and upheld
- Opening and closing of the store front
- Build productive trust relationships with customers
- Comply with inventory control procedures
- Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. on campus promoting, changing the store’s design)
Requirements
- Knowledge of Vaping and smoke product is a must
- Must have at least 1 year of Vape/Smoke shop working experience.
- Excellent “people skills” – a passion for our products
- Positive, helpful attitude towards customers and team members alike
- Clean appearance appropriate for the shop environment
- Ability to count money and open/close a cash drawer according to procedures
- Basic computer / register skills; typing, basic computer knowledge are all a must
- Ability to follow instructions, possess a natural “team player” attitude
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Flexibility Required
- Reliability relative to Transportation and Attendance
