Responsibilities:
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils using dishwashing equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed
- Support kitchen staff by ensuring they have clean tools and equipment available
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Handle cleaning chemicals safely and follow proper procedures
- Assist in bussing tables and maintaining a tidy dining area

Experience:
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with basic food handling procedures is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Team player with a positive attitude towards work
- High school diploma or equivalent is an advantage
