- Maintaining accurate and timely financial records
- Recording financial transactions, updating statements, and checking financial records for accuracy
- Completing month-end closing procedures
- Handling billing and accounts payable and receivable
- Generating financial reports as needed
- Reconciling bank statements and credit card accounts
- Assisting with special projects and tasks as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Prior experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks is preferred
