Pontoon Final Finish Cleaner

Smoker Craft, Inc currently has an opening for a Cleaner in our Final Finish Pontoon Department! This position works from our plant in New Paris, IN.

Starting pay is $20.09/hr. and with positive reviews can be increased to $22.09/hr. after 60 days.

After the first week of work, employees are eligible for an Attendance Bonus averaging an additional $50 /week!

Shift Schedule is 6 am to 2:30 pm, Monday-Fridays currently.

Responsibilities include:

• Thoroughly clean all surfaces of the pontoon boat, inside and outside.
• Remove any dust, debris, or loose materials.
• Wipe down surfaces with appropriate cleaning products and cloths.
• Ensure all areas are spotless and free of imperfections.
• Produce quality work within the given time frame.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Flexibility in job assignments to move when needed and changing working hours.

Required skills and experience:

• Experience in Marine/Pontoon related manufacturing preferred!
• Continuous bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, and kneeling.
• Occasional crawling, climbing, reaching above shoulder level, pushing, pulling, twisting.
• Continuous lifting up to 30 lbs.to move materials and/or equipment into boats.
• A quality-minded individual who can complete tasks in an orderly and timely manner compliant with an assembly line.
• Decision making skills.
• Someone who can contribute to a team working environment to accomplish one common goal.
• Willing to work overtime and possibly multiple or different tasks daily as needed.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift

-Day shift 6 am - 2:30 pm

• Monday to Fridays
