**Duties**
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, offering assistance with purchases and answering questions about products.
- Operate a cash register, handling cash, credit card transactions, and processing refunds and exchanges.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to answer customer inquiries about products and services.
- Utilize sales techniques to promote products and increase sales.
- Participate in product demos and assist with inventory management.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the cash register area, sales floor, and stockroom.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities, including counting and balancing cash registers.
- Demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction and a strong work ethic.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.
**Qualifications**
- Twenty-one years of age or older.
- Driver's License
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or cashiering experience is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well with others.
- Basic math skills and the ability to operate a cash register accurately.
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
