Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit.
- Manage cash register operations accurately, processing payments and handling cash.
- Assist customers with menu selections and promote upselling opportunities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area and dining space.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or retail preferred.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently.
- Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
