Solo OTR Company Driver

• Top drivers earn $130,000 per year
• Base pay range: $0.59 to $0.64 per mile to start (DOE)
• Earn additional $0.04 CPM performance bonus
• Earn more with tarp pay, detention pay, layover pay, special loads, etc.
• $1,750 transition bonus (paid within first 3 weeks)
• Clean inspection bonuses
• Referral bonuses
• 3 weeks out, 4.5 days home
