What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant position at Smokey Valley Stone Co.?
We are a natural stone supply company looking for a front desk receptionist to deliver excellent customer service. This is a full-time position 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. May possibly work on just Saturdays if needed. Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with great communication skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Greeting Customers
· Answering the phone & directing incoming calls as needed
· Responding to company emails in a professional manner
· Writing up customer invoices
· Generate quotes for customers
· Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions
· Maintaining an organized and clean workspace
· Updating company documents as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
