Job Description
- Leadership: You will lead, train, and inspire our sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Performance: We expect top performers who excel in everything they do, with a passion for the motorcycle industry and a drive to succeed.
- Activity: This role is not for those who prefer desk work. It requires active involvement in sales processes, customer interactions, and team management.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a top performer in sales, particularly in automotive or motorcycle sales.
- Note: Very strong Finance Managers with aspirations to transition into Sales Mangement are also encouraged to apply. We will provide the proper training.
- Must have a genuine passion for the Harley-Davidson brand and the motorcycle community.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a sales team. Ability to close deals efficiently and effectively.
