Smokin' J's BBQ is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Line Cook to join our kitchen team. If you have a passion for smoked barbecue, a knack for working in a fast-paced kitchen, and a commitment to producing high-quality dishes, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Smokin' J's recipes and standards.
- Operate grills, smokers, fryers, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
- Assist with prep work, inventory, and ensuring all food items are properly stocked.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth service.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines.

- Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required – we’re happy to train the right person!
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and in a high-energy environment.
