Cigar Retail Sales Associate

with people? Smokin Joes Cigar Shop is seeking to hire on a Part-Time

Retail Sales Representative who can provide excellent and courteous

customer service, drive sales and execute other store responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

 Greet and direct customers, create a rapport

 Assist customers while shopping, identify their needs and provide recommendations

 Inform customers of products and services, discounts, and promotions

 Advise customers on our loyalty programs and incentives

 Stay up to date with new products

 Provide customer feedback to Management

 Maintain cleanliness of the store and smoking lounge

 Restock products as needed

 Process transactions efficiently

 Accurately handle cash and credit cards

 Balance the cash register

Skills:

 1 year of proven work experience as a Retail Sales Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role preferred

 Knowledge and passion for cigars is preferred but not required

 A willingness to learn about tobacco and premium cigars

 Excellent communication skills

 Ability to perform in fast-paced environments

 Ability to multitask

 Independence and taking initiative

 Understanding of the retail sales process

 Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures

 Basic computer, register and phone system knowledge

 Social media or other marketing skills is a plus

**Must be able to work in a smoke friendly environment**
