Responsibilities
As a Patient Coordinator, you play an important role in our office and perform a wide range of responsibilities, to include:
- Greet each patient with a warm, friendly demeanor.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Develop and maintain doctor/hygiene schedules as necessary.
- Answer phones on the first ring whenever possible.
- Provides all necessary paperwork for new and existing patients and scans completed paperwork into the patients record.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- A minimum of two years of customer service experience preferably in a dental setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of dental software strongly preferred.
