What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Sales Specialist position at Smoky Mountain Farmers Cooperative?
We are in search of a customer service sales specialist to assist with day-to-day front-end operations. This new team member will need to be able to initiate and complete sales orders, provide top-tier service, stock and replenish product, and more. Our main concern is providing great service to our customers and going above and beyond to help each person find what they need.
Job tasks include but are not limited to:
- Operating the sales desk (initiating and completing sales orders, answering the phone, and supporting other team members)
- Refilling product in their respective areas
- Merchandising
- Focus on customer service
- Maintain clean and safe work space
- Communicate and cooperate with the team and team leadership
Job type: Full Time Hours
Salary: Hourly based on skill and experience
Schedule:
- 40 hours/week. Closed on Sundays.
