What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Executive Housekeeper position at Smoky Mountain Resorts?
Purpose: The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for the daily operations of the housekeeping department. This includes following and enforcing all company policies and procedures in accordance with property manuals, counseling, coaching, recruiting, training, and achieving service goals. This position also performs various tasks relating to training, inventory, project management, and other duties as assigned.
