Maintenance director

Job Overview : We are seeking a skilled Maintenance director to oversee the maintenance operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management and possess excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities : - Develop and implement maintenance procedures to ensure efficient operation of equipment - Fabricate, install, and maintain high voltage electrical systems - Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory - Lead and coordinate maintenance projects from inception to completion - Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions, including logic controllers - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Experience : - Proficient in English, both written and verbal - Demonstrated experience in high voltage electrical systems - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Ability to fabricate and repair mechanical components - Leadership qualities to effectively manage a team of technicians - Proven experience in maintenance management, including preventive maintenance programs
