Job description
$5,000 sign on bonus
Director of Social Services
Duties:
- Develop and implement programs and services to meet the behavioral health needs of clients
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of social workers and support staff
- Collaborate with community organizations and agencies to enhance service delivery
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
- Conduct staff training and development activities
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices
- Excellent budgeting and financial management skills
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and the ability to motivate a team
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
