About You: We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join us as a Registered Nurse or are currently enrolled in nursing school with a projected graduation date. You should have a strong interest in the aesthetic industry and a desire to learn and grow within our organization. While prior experience is not required, a background in beauty, sales, or customer service would be beneficial. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential to build rapport with our clients and create a welcoming environment.

Compensation: Candidates will receive a base hourly wage ranging from $30-$40 depending on the training needed, complemented by monthly performance-based bonuses tied directly to sales achievements that may range from $500-$2,000 . This structure is designed to reward initiative and skill in consulting and closing deals with prospective patients.

The ideal candidate will possess the confidence and expertise necessary to effectively consult with and close potential patients, but also identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell services. This shall further enhance patient satisfaction and business growth, while upholding the highest standards of honesty and integrity. It is crucial that all interactions foster a non-pressurized environment, ensuring comfort for clients and aligning with our company’s esteemed reputation.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments, including but not limited to laser treatments, injectables (such as Botox and Xeomin), Electromagnetic Muscle Stimulation, CoolSculpting and other non-surgical procedures.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their aesthetic goals, assess their suitability for various treatments, and provide personalized treatment recommendations.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans, outlining procedures, expected outcomes, and associated costs, while ensuring clients' needs and expectations are met.
• Provide pre- and post-treatment care instructions to clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, documenting treatment details, progress notes, and any adverse reactions.
• Collaborate with the aesthetic team to ensure seamless coordination of services and an exceptional client experience.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in the aesthetic field through continuous education and training.
• Assist in the coordination of marketing and promotional activities, including providing information about current specials, events, promotions to clients over the phone or in-person and actively participating in social media content.
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering and restocking of medical supplies and aesthetic products.
• Answer phone calls and provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and resolving client concerns.
• Conduct follow-up calls with clients to ensure their satisfaction, address any post-treatment questions, and schedule additional appointments as necessary.
• Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure accurate and timely documentation, including client records, consent forms, and billing information.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategies to enhance client satisfaction, improve operational efficiency, and drive business growth.
• Support other team members as needed, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

• This position offers a base hourly rate ranging from $30-$40 per hour with a bonus structure (in-service rate) based on treatments performed and revenue generated. Please confirm this compensation model meet your expectations?
• Currently, this is a part-time position with hours varying from 8 - 16 per week. Can you confirm this works with your schedule.
• While scheduling will be part-time, scheduled days will most likely Mondays and weekends. Please confirm you are available Mondays and weekends.
• This position is mainly located in Palm Desert however we will be looking for someone to also work at our Irvine location. We ideally would like someone who lives equidistance to Palm Desert and Irvine (Menifee, Perris, Riverside, Lake Elsinore, IE and surrounding areas, etc). Please confirm you are able to commute to both Palm Desert and Irvine.
